What research did we do to formulate the survey questions?

We went to this website while researching on what facilities we could place in our Surveys:

It is a website that was about an outdoor classroom and science lab built overseas.

How did we distribute the survey?

After some discussion, we decided that we would not send out our surveys through

e-mails as we heard from the grapevine that most people would not even bother to look at the survey before deleting it. We gave it out in hard-copies instead as people will probably fill it in as we are actually there and it would be rude to refuse to do the survey.

But then afterwards, we decided to send out online surveys since we viewed the results that we had gotten. Apparently, we had not gotten enough responses or the responses we wanted.

We finally, we came to the conclusion that we should do both the online and paper hard-copy surveys.

This is how our group members gave out their forms:

Nikisha:

I gave the survey forms to 4 people - 2 people in our level (Sec 1) and 2 seniors, all of whom preferred to keep their identities anonymous. I approached students whom I know are friendly and would help by giving their honest opinions and take it seriously as they were all at least acquaintances of mine.

Ray:

I asked one of my CCA mates and her classmates (whom I was acquainted with) whether they could fill in our survey form. I also asked Sec 1 students from various classes (whom I vaguely knew) to fill in the form too. I knew them well enough to know that they would write their honest opinions in the form.

Javier:

I gave out 1 form to a classmate whom I knew extremely well, and 2 more to 2 other friends in other classes. All of them did not remain anonymous. I knew that they would fill the forms as they were sort of indebted to me.

Sean:

I gave out the forms to my friends in other classes and random strangers. I knew they would sign it as said in the earlier note.
